Stack the breakfast table with a batch of these easy-peasy 4-ingredient flapjacks. This is a great recipe to double or triple and make in the Batchbowl if you’re feeding the whole family. Recommended age: 1 year and up.
1 Banana – chopped
1 Eggs, whole large
1/4cup Oats, rolled, gluten-free
1/8tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 Put all of the ingredients (except the butter) into the Small Cup and blend until smooth.
2 Warm the butter in a skillet or griddle on medium heat.
3 Pour the pancake batter into the skillet, and flip pancakes after bubbles rise to the surface and bottoms brown.
4 Continue to cook until the second side is golden brown.
5 Serve immediately.
