  • 1 cup Swiss Chard
  • 1/Banana
  • Peach, pitted
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts, raw, unsalted
  • Brazil Nuts, dried, unblanched
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Water
