Hemp seeds are a powerhouse of nutrients that'll give your heart a healthy boost! High in healthy fats and protein, they're the perfect ingredient for a nutrient-rich and dairy-free milk alternative. Hemp milk is easy to make and is excellent for smoothies, lattes, and more!


  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 2 cup Water


Add all ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
Pour into an airtight bottle or jar with a lid. Store in the fridge until ready to use, no longer than seven days.
