This tropical treat will take you back to the good ol’ days of Summer. Lucky for us, we don’t have to wait until next year to enjoy juicy, fresh fruits because kiwifruits are available October through May! Kiwis are loaded with vitamin C to keep your immune system armed against those pesky cold and flu bugs. Combine them with sweet mango, coconut, and fiber-filled chia seeds for a refreshing snack. 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Spinach
  • Kiwi
  • 1/2 cup Mango, frozen chunks
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Coconut, unsweetened flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
