Lentils are an excellent source of fiber and protein. They also make a delicious and addicting dip when combined with a blend of spices and tomato paste. Enjoy this recipe as a dip or as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.


  • 2 cup Lentil, brown, cooked
  • Garlic, clove
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste, unsalted
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/3 cup Canola Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Black Pepper, ground


Add all ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
Enjoy alongside pita chips or veggie crudité.
