Show Mother Earth and your body some love with this Green Smoothie Bowl! Top the nutrient-rich green smoothie base with nuts, seeds, granola, or fresh fruit of your choice.

Ingredients

2 Cups Spinach
1 Cup Kale – or chard
1/2 Avocado
1 Banana, frozen
1 Cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
2 Tablespoons Cashew Butter, plain w/o added salt

Directions

1 Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.

2 Top with granola, chopped almonds, raspberries, or any other toppings of your choice.

3 Enjoy!
