2 Cups Peaches, canned – drained
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/4Teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch – dissolved in two tablespoons of water
1 Add ingredients in the order listed and blend for 10 seconds.
2 Pour mixture to a small pot and cook for approximately 5 to 10 minutes, or until jam appears thickened.
