Pumpkins aren't just for spiced lattes and pies anymore. Savory and garlicky, the Pumpkin Hummus is a delicious appetizer that tastes like autumn! If you can't get enough of pumpkins this festive season, then this creamy hummus dip is a must-try!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree, canned
  • Garlic, clove
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
Adjust seasoning as desired.
Enjoy alongside corn chips!
